I. General Terms and Conditions

These terms define the process of ordering, paying, delivering and returning products from www.shobain.com.

The supplier (Seller) of the products offered on the website www.shobain.com is Roman Creative Studios, a business in the production of underwear. The customer is a website visitor who selects at least one product, and orders and pays for it in one of the ways described in Part III. Payment methods. A User of the site is any person who uses the website www.shobain.com for the purpose of purchasing products advertised on the same site or obtaining information about a particular product.

By using the website www.shobain.com, the Buyer confirms that they are familiar with and agrees with the General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Purchase. It is considered that the General Terms and Conditions and Terms of Purchase are accepted by placing an order.

The user is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords, in places where they exist as such. The user is obliged to provide accurate, complete and valid personal data when filling out the registration form. Use of the website www.shobain.com is the sole responsibility of the User.

II. Concluding and terminating sales contracts

The subject and purpose of the Agreement is the purchase of the selected product or service through the www.shobain.com website with the payment of an appropriate fee - the price of that product or service. Products that can be purchased are advertised on the website www.shobain.com and each product contains information about the product specification, price, customization options for a particular product, and the time needed for production.

The selection of the desired product is done by placing it in the Cart by clicking on the "add to cart" button. The "Cart" contains all the products that the Buyer has selected for purchase, together with the price of the product and the delivery price, as well as the total price. On the shopping cart page, the Buyer can see an overview of their order and change it, enter the promo code if they are it, and add a message for the Seller. By clicking on the "Checkout" button, the Customer confirms their order, and after completing all the steps, the order is placed. The customer will receive an order confirmation to their email address, which contains all the order information as well as payment information.

Since each product is made to order, ie according to the data entered by the Customer when ordering, the production of the ordered products begins upon receipt of payment, and lasts up to 14 days.

If the Buyer wants to change the order (send measures, change any of the product customizations) they can do so by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address: romancreativestudios@gmail.com or via the contact form on the website, before making the payment. If the Buyer is paying via the Paypal platform, they have 24 hours from placing their order to contact the Seller with any potential changes they want to make to their order such as change the measurements or change any of the product customizations.

 

III. Payment methods

Prices on the website are expressed in EUR.

For payments in EUR we accept manual payments and payment through Paypal. With the manual payment option, you can transfer funds directly from your bank account to ours. You may pay by internet or mobile banking or bank transfer.

Alternatively you can pay by Paypal. You will be able to choose your payment option while checking out and will be redirected accordingly.

Please note your order number upon payment.

When using the manual payment option with EUR, we prefer payment via the SEPA payment system. If SEPA payment order is not possible and other payment channels are used, all charges must be paid by the payer (charges option OUR).

IV. Delivery

Since each product is made to order, the production time is up to two weeks.

Postage for orders within the Republic of Croatia is 4 EUR, and International postage is 10 EUR. Each Customer will receive a notification about the status of their shipment, and a code to track the shipment.

V. Returns and Complaints

Due to hygienic reasons, the return of panties or bodysuits is not possible. Bras and bralettes can be replaced or returned if the way they fit is not satisfactory. To ensure that the products fit as well as possible, the Customer is asked to take their measurements following our guide and choose their size accordingly. In case of doubt or need of assistance with the measurement process, the Customer can contact the Seller with their inquiries or send their measurements when placing their order.

Items must be returned in original and unused condition with all labels attached within 14 days of receipt. The buyer bears the cost of return.

Due to the nature of the work required, custom orders are not eligible for returns. 

In order to initiate the refund procedure, the Buyer should send a statement of unilateral termination of the contract to the email address romancreativestudios@gmail.com.

VI. Registration

Registration is not required to make a purchase. If the Buyer wants to register, their personal profile will be created with all the data required for delivery. By reviewing their profile, the Customer will also be able to track the history of previous purchases and their status.

VII. Protection of personal data

The Seller collects personal data only to the extent to which it is necessary to fulfill the Sellers obligation towards the Customer. The Seller may use the data to inform Customers about new and special products and deliver promotional materials, newsletters, work on improved relationships with Customers and to check any other information that could be necessary for purchase.

The Seller undertakes to protect the Personal Data of the Buyers in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and undertakes not to disclose the personal data to third parties without the consent of the Buyer (except for the data necessary for business partners to deliver the purchased product). Exceptions to this are cases in which the Seller, by a valid order of the authorized state bodies, in accordance with the law, is obliged to submit or allow access to the personal data of the Buyers.

The customer has the right to request the addition, correction or modification of incorrect personal data.

VIII. Privacy Statement

We undertake to provide protection of personal data of Customers, by collecting only the necessary, basic information about Customers / Users that is necessary to fulfill our obligations; we inform customers about how we use the collected data, we give customers a choice about the use of their data, including the ability to decide whether or not they want their name removed from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

IX. Cookie policy

Cookies are small amounts of information stored on a User's computer by the websites they visit. According to EU regulations, the website must ask for the User's consent before storing cookies. By using the website www.shobain.com, the User agrees to the use of cookies.

Cookie settings can be controlled in the web browser that the User uses to browse the web pages.

X. Newsletter Subscription

The User is authorized to choose the possibility of subscribing to the newsletter in which the Seller will be able to inform them about new products, products on sale, etc. After filling in all the required data, a notification of successful registration and subscription to the newsletter will be sent to the User’s email.
